Dear All,
Greetings from the Vietnam Education Foundation (VEF). Please find attached the announcement of the 2010 Global Undergraduate Exchange Program (in English and Vietnamese), which is sent to you at the request of the U.S. Embassy.
This is a scholarship program for Vietnamese students to study one semester or one academic year in the United States. The scholarship is available in all fields of study. This is the third year it is offered to Vietnam. Ten scholarships will be awarded to Vietnamese students this year.

We will appreciate your assistance in disseminating this exciting program to others who might be interested in it. Information about the program has also been posted at the U.S. Embassy’s website at: http://vietnam.usembassy.gov/ scholarship_opportunities.html.
